Faq Here is a list of frequently asked questions. Contact us if you have any additional questions not covered below. Do you have a minimum for wedding flower orders? Yes, our minimum for Saturday events is $999.00, and for Friday and Sunday events is $600.00 for full weddings. We also will do personal flowers only orders (no centerpieces or altarpieces) if they meet our minimum of $285.00. Do you do flowers for other events besides just weddings? Yes, we also do corporate event flowers, as well as flowers for bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, anniversary parties and rehearsal dinners. Since we are not a retail store, we do not do "dailies" which would include holiday centerpieces, prom flowers and dozen rose bouquets. How long has Flowers by Iran been in business? We've been in business since 2007 (as a sole proprietorship) Are you a "traditional" Floral Shop? No. We are NOT a traditional retail florist. We only do floral design for weddings, large scale parties and corporate events. We do have a studio space in Dallas, but we do not sell everyday arrangements, holiday arrangements nor do we have a fully-stocked retail assortment. We do, however, have vase rentals, and other items like a traditional shop does. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept personal or cashiers checks and  cash How many people usually work on an event? Depending on the size and complexity of an event, anywhere from one to five people can be involved in its creation, set up and tear down. The average wedding has 1-2 floral designers working on the flowers and then 1-2 people setting it up on the wedding day Do you make sample arrangements? Yes, we can make samples if requested, but we do them for charge Do you design or rent artificial/silk arrangements or bouquets? No. We only use fresh flowers How can I pay for my flowers? Is a deposit required? We prefer payments  by check. We do charge a 20% t deposit, to book your date.   And it reserves the price. Flower prices can change depending on the season. Can I cancel my order? What happens to my deposit if I cancel? Yes, you can cancel your order up to 14 days prior to your delivery date. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to flowersbyiran@yahoo.com.    Cancellation fees will be assessed with the following schedule: If you cancel your order less than 30 days before your delivery date, you’ll be charged 50% of the total amount of the order. If you cancel your order less than 14 days of the delivery date, we cannot refund any of your order amounts. Can I change my order? Yes, you can change your order up to 30 days before your delivery date. All changes must be made in writing and sent via email to flowersbyiran@yahoo.com How can your prices be so good? We eliminate many of the middlemen and costs of a typical florist. We share these savings with you. So you get beautiful flowers at a beautiful value.
